East City and Framingham Earl Children's centre works closely with our partners in Norfolk Library and Information Service. Norfolk libraries are great places for children with lots to do for the whole family.

Please note that Norfolk operates Open Libraries service, which means that you can access your local library, its books, computers and quiet, creative spaces to meet or study even while the building is unstaffed, making the building available at times that are convenient to you.

YOU MUST register your card for use of Open Libraries.

Once you have registered for Open library, you will be able to scan your library card and type your PIN into the access point near the library entrance.‚Äč
